Thomas Clarke, John Daly and Seán Mac Diarmada, 1916. 

Thomas Clarke (back) was the principal architect of the 1916 Easter Rising. He was executed by firing squad on 3rd May, 1916. 

John Daly (left) was a leading member of the Irish Republican Brotherhood and veteran Fenian who served time in prison with Thomas Clarke. 

Seán Mac Diarmada (right) also known as Seán MacDermott was one of the seven leaders of the Easter Rising of 1916 and a signatory of the Proclamation of the Irish Republic. He was executed for his part in the Rising aged 33.
