All Ireland Hurling Final, 1968

Wexford vs Tipperary Pre-Match Parade.

The Wexford team is lead by Dan Quigley onto the pitch at Croke Park for the All-Ireland Hurling Final in 1968.

It was a big day for Dan Quigley (A born leader) leading such legendary hurlers as Tony Doran (Right corner-forward, he could rise for balls among bigger men and pluck them from the sky like a magician), Pat Nolan (goalie, going for his third All Ireland), Seamus Whelan (Full-forward, dangerous in front of goal). The heroic list could go on. Tipperary were well in control at half time but pure guts, courage and the magic of Tony Doran were to win the day for Wexford
