Description

An election poster on behalf of George Noble Plunkett, Irish nationalist and father of Joseph Plunkett, one of the leaders of the Easter Rising of 1916.  In 1917 he won the Roscommon North election in Sinn Féin's first parliamentary win and abstained to take his seat in Westminster.  A great piece of local political history! The old graphics look really well!

Each of the antique prints in our archive have been digitally enhanced and are as perfect as possible taking into consideration the age of the original. We have also added a subtle 'aged look' to each print which adds an extra aura of authenticity and creates a stunning atmosphere when framed.

We are delighted to be able to present these fascinating rarities of old Ireland for you to own.  We look forward to helping you create your own collection that can be treasured and admired by your family for many generations to come!
